School standard

The standard — rules for publishing

A path or programme without these points does not go on the school’s site. These are publishing rules, not vetting: the school does not vet masters, and the master who leads a class answers for it and its safety.

In every path and programme the school publishes

  • Entry step and goal — on the AbsoLive 0–10 ladder
  • Stages: which classes, what practice between them, where the open class is
  • A master or mentor with a name and a page on AbsoLive
  • Safety: what to ask before starting, where the activity area’s limits lie
  • Terms for every class: a price or “free”, cancellation and refund — before sign-up; no non-refundable payments and no cancellation penalties
  • Length — “an estimate” or “a sample”, not a promise
  • For body and movement — the line “with health conditions or pregnancy — check with a doctor”

Red lines

  • Medicine, “healing”, diagnoses and promises of health
  • Promises of results and work: “you’ll become a master”, “a sure income”
  • Marathons, “last spots” and timers to drive sales
  • Grades, ratings and public comparisons of people
  • Programmes for children — in the first version
  • Work disguised as practice: a class co-lead is not unpaid staff
  • Fraud and dangerous techniques in class — immediate exclusion from the community, with no warnings

Build a programme

Build a programme

For masters and spaces: a cohort, an intensive or a seasonal school at an Absolute center. A programme is a selection of independent classes. Each class has its own master who sells it, its own receipt and its own terms. There is no total price, no shared contract and no master who hires others.

Cohort

A few people go to masters’ classes from the map together; cohort meetings are led by a mentor master in their own name and on their own terms.

Intensive

Several days in a row with one master or in one space.

Seasonal school

Weeks at the Absolute center in Krasnaya Polyana, once the center opens. Phu Quoc — only together with a Vietnamese partner that holds the permits; foreign masters lead classes there only with a work permit for Vietnam. For now there are no programmes on the island.

Who may publish a programme: fill in: owner’s rule. Draft rule: your own classes on the AbsoLive map, an open @handle page, two reviews of other people’s open classes and confirmation that the leader is not a foreign agent (Russia’s Education Law 273-FZ, art. 12.2).

How to submit a programme: fill in: channel — the school operator’s email. There are no forms on the site: it collects nothing.

The role of Absolute

  • AbsoSchool is a community project, not an educational organisation: the school runs no educational programmes.
  • The school runs no classes itself and does not vet masters: every master leads their own class in their own name and answers for it and its safety.
  • The school issues nothing: no diplomas, no credentials, no attestations, no certificates — not even “certificates of participation”.
  • The marks in “My path” are your own notes, not a document.
  • Complaints and questions: fill in: operator’s channel.
