AbsoSchool rules
1. AbsoSchool (abso.school) is a project of the Absolute community. Operator — fill in: operator and legal details.
2. AbsoSchool is not an educational organisation: the school runs no educational programmes and issues no documents of education or qualification. It publishes paths and programmes — routes through independent classes by masters on the AbsoLive map.
2a. The school does not vet masters. The master who leads and sells a class answers for it, its safety and its terms. Paths, programmes and practice as a class co-lead are for adults only, 18+.
3. Every class is led by a master in their own name. The master states the terms — price, cancellation, refund — on the class page before sign-up; there are no non-refundable payments and no penalties for cancelling.
4. A path card is a reference to masters’ classes on the map: which step of the AbsoLive ladder is a good place to start, which steps these classes are about, safety rules and who leads each class. It is not a curriculum: the school sets no outcomes, does not check them and issues nothing.
5. The school has no promises of results, no medical or “healing” programmes, no programmes for children and no paid promotion.
6. The review after an open class follows the school’s rules: what was valuable first, then questions, then suggestions — with permission.
7. The school’s materials and review rules are educational outreach (Russia’s Education Law 273-FZ, art. 2 cl. 35, art. 12.2). An open class is led by the member themselves, in their own name and free of charge fill in: lawyer to check. The leader confirms they are not a foreign agent and keeps out of the content anything that art. 12.2 part 2 of 273-FZ prohibits.
8. Complaints — fill in: operator’s channel. Fraud or dangerous techniques mean exclusion from the community without warning.

Memo for masters: money, receipts, taxes
A master who is a sole proprietor or self-employed (Russia) and teaches on their own needs no licence. If someone else teaches at their classes — an employee, a contractor, a self-employed person, an invited guest or a class co-lead who shows exercises — a sole proprietor cannot do this without a licence, and a self-employed person cannot work this way at all. fill in: lawyer’s finding on the specific format

A donation for a class is the same payment for a service: the same receipt, the same tax.
A student may withdraw from a class at any moment and get their money back, minus the costs the master has already incurred. Non-refundable prepayments and cancellation penalties do not apply. Cancellation terms are on the class page before sign-up. The school allows no instalment plans or loans.
Taking money regularly without self-employed or sole-proprietor status is not allowed. Free classes can be led as a private individual. A self-employed person cannot hire anyone, paid class co-leads included.
No money goes through the school: it takes no payments and no percentage.

Memo: class safety
Before you start: ask about injuries and how people feel, make no diagnoses, explain the load.
Close at hand: a first-aid kit, water, the 112 emergency number, a clear exit.
Touch — only with consent. A student’s boundary matters more than a beautiful pose.
Water, slopes, heights, martial arts, extreme sports — only a master with their own training and the venue’s permission; a new master works alongside as a class co-lead.
If something goes wrong — stop the class. Tell the school: fill in: channel.

Practice as a class co-lead: rules
Co-leading is the member’s own learning: seeing a class from the inside, not working for the master.
Short: one to three classes, timing by agreement; you can leave at any moment.
No money either way: nothing is paid for the practice, and nothing is paid to the co-lead.
The master leads the group and answers for safety. A co-lead does not replace staff: cleaning, reception, sales.

What the school issues and what it does not
The school issues nothing: no diplomas, no credentials, no attestations, no certificates — not even “certificates of participation”.
The marks in “My path” are a person’s own notes on their own device. They do not certify anything and are never passed on.
A master is free to write a student feedback in their own words. It is neither a school document nor a record of training.

Programme terms: what to state
A programme is a selection of independent classes. Each class has its own master who sells it, its own receipt and its own terms. There is no total price, no shared contract and no master who hires others.
Name, format and which steps of the AbsoLive ladder these classes are about.
Masters and mentor — names and pages on AbsoLive.
Where and when — fill in. The price of each class or “free”, cancellation and refund — with no non-refundable payments and no cancellation penalties.
Who sells each part: classes — the master, housing — the host, food — the kitchen. There is no bundle at one total price.
What is not promised: results, a step, a job.
Privacy
The AbsoSchool site collects no data about you: no accounts, forms, cookies or analytics. “My path” lives only in your browser.
